Booking and payment information
- Session bookings, attendance, and package/credit balances

03How We Collect Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you enquire about or sign up for our services, complete a client intake or consent form, use the Pure Momentum client portal, upload body composition photos or fitness data, or communicate with us by email, phone, or in person.
Where you were previously a client of Pure Momentum through another platform (including PTMinder), your historical booking and payment records may have been migrated into our current systems for continuity of service.
04How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver personal training services, including program design and progress tracking
- Generate personalised meal plans and body composition insights
- Manage bookings, attendance, and session reconciliation
- Process payments and manage account credits
- Send administrative communications, including weekly progress summaries

05Body Composition Photos
Body composition photos are only collected where you have explicitly opted in via a consent process in the client portal. You may withdraw this consent and request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers who help us operate our platform (cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, payment processors), who are contractually required to protect your information
- Professional advisers (e.g. accountants), where necessary
- Regulatory or law enforcement bodies, where required by law
Our client platform is built on infrastructure provided by Supabase (data storage) and Vercel (hosting), and email communications are sent via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including encrypted password storage, access controls restricting staff access to client data on a need-to-know basis, and private, non-public storage for uploaded photos and documents.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
