We collect personal information directly from you when you enquire about or sign up for our services, complete a client intake or consent form, use the Pure Momentum client portal, upload body composition photos or fitness data, or communicate with us by email, phone, or in person.

Where you were previously a client of Pure Momentum through another platform (including PTMinder), your historical booking and payment records may have been migrated into our current systems for continuity of service.

Our client platform is built on infrastructure provided by Supabase (data storage) and Vercel (hosting), and email communications are sent via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including encrypted password storage, access controls restricting staff access to client data on a need-to-know basis, and private, non-public storage for uploaded photos and documents.
